As Allah (SWT) has commanded us in the Qur’an and through the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), helping those in need is not just a charitable act, but a divine obligation. Allah reminds us in several places in the Qur’an of the reward that awaits those who assist others, especially those who are struggling with poverty, illness, or hardship.
“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like that of a seed of grain that grows seven spikes. On each spike, there are a hundred grains.”
(Quran 2:261)
This emphasizes the importance and reward of giving and helping those in need. By helping others, we not only alleviate their suffering but also earn the mercy and blessings of Allah.At Aswad Welfare Foundation, we are guided by the belief that Allah’s reward is greater for those who assist their fellow human beings. Every act of kindness, whether big or small, is valued in His eyes. By supporting programs like Madad Ration Drive, Madad School Fees, Madad Medicine, and others, we follow Allah’s command to be helpers to our brothers and sisters in humanity. This is our way of earning Allah’s mercy and fulfilling His command to be compassionate and generous.
